Women in Channels (WiC) Hosted its First Annual Event
Little Elm, TX, July 24, 2008 – Women in Channels (WiC), http://www.
womeninchannels.org, today announced that its first annual event was
a success. The July 23, 2008 event in Chicago featured two powerful
women speakers including Sherry Snipes of Arrow Electronics and
Associate Judge Nancy Waites of Lake County, Illinois. The speakers
enlightened the audience with relevant, motivational, and inspiring

Incorporation as Non-Profit
Little Elm, TX, September 19, 2008 – Women in
Channels (WiC), http://www.womeninchannels.
org, today announced its incorporation in the
State of Texas. WiC will offer its members
education, networking opportunities, recognition,
and leadership opportunities to help position its
members at the forefront of the evolving IT
Channel.
WiC is a registered non-profit organization and
is seeking to obtain 501(c)(3) status. The
organization is based in Little Elm, Texas with
membership throughout the United States.
